Government support policies 

●Promoting intensive land use and granting a maximum reward of RMB 5 million to any enterprise that builds multi-storied factories; 

●Subsidizing any industrial project with an investment of more than RMB 100 million at 4% to 6% of the investment amount; 

●Building factories or purchasing production equipment on behalf of any enterprise whose projects have high technology, large contribution rate, and a one-time investment of more than RMB 500 million; 

●Setting up special funds to support any project with an investment of more than RMB 1 billion and giving priority to any project with an investment of more than RMB 5 billion; 

●Granting a total annual logistics subsidy not exceeding 10% of the total transportation costs and not more than RMB 1 million to any newly settled enterprise with annual tax revenues of more than RMB 10 million for 3 consecutive years; 

●Granting 100% of corporate income tax and value-added tax retained by the local government in the first 3 years after the signing of the contract and 50% in the last 3 years to any enterprise in leading industries ; 

●Granting a one-time reward of RMB 3 million to an overseas enterprise who is incorporated in Jingzhou with an investment of USD 20 million, and a one-time reward of RMB 5 million to that with an investment of over USD 50 million; 

● Granting a reward of up to RMB 10 million to a multinational enterprise that newly sets up its headquarters in Jingzhou and a reward of up to RMB 3 million to a foreign-funded enterprise that newly sets up its R&D center, technology center, procurement center or settlement center in Jingzhou; 

●Granting up to 100% of personal income tax retained by the local government in the first 3 years after any enterprise in leading industries sign the contract and 50% in the last 3 years to the senior managers and high-level talents (no more than 5 persons) of the enterprise;
